Duties of Ambassador

We Serve The Community

TEP AMBASSADOR

The role of the Enterprise Project Ambassador is centered on advocacy, community building, and public engagement.  As an Ambassador, you serve as a key bridge between the organization’s mission and the broader community of enthusiasts and supporters.

Core Responsibilities of the Ambassador Role

The role is multifaceted, blending leadership with creative outreach.

Here is an outline of the primary duties:

1. Strategic Outreach & Advocacy

Mission Representation: Acting as the "face" of the project to inspire others about the mission of building and celebrating the Enterprise legacy.

Brand Alignment: Ensuring that all communications and local activities align with the core values of The Enterprise Project.

2. Community Engagement & Event Leadership

Convention Presence: Organizing and hosting engaging events at both local and national conventions to recruit new members and foster interest.

Local Group Activities: Creating and managing localized activities that make the project's goals tangible for fans and volunteers.

Team Building: Fostering a collaborative environment to build strong "team spirit" among participants and volunteers.

3. Digital Presence & Communications

Social Media Management: Managing channels (such as Facebook) to amplify the project’s message and connect with a global audience.

Content Creation: Developing creative resources and media that educate the public about the project’s specific campaigns and goals.

4. Recruitment & Growth

Inspiring Future Leaders: Identifying and motivating individuals who are passionate about the project to take on roles within the "Shuttlecraft build" or "development of Starfleet Academy" branches of the organization.

Resource Management: Acting as a resourceful problem-solver to ensure local chapters have the support they need to thrive.
