I am writing on behalf of The Enterprise Project, Inc., a non-profit space, and environmental education organization, to request your assistance in building a full-size replica of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701. 

We believe that the Enterprise would be a fitting tribute to Gene Roddenberry's vision of the future and to the many people who have worked to make space exploration a reality.

We envision the Enterprise as a national monument to space, the future, and to Gene Roddenberry. It would be a place where people from all over the world could come to learn about space exploration, environmental science, and the future of humanity.

We are requesting your assistance in the following areas:

Declaration as a National Monument: 

We would like you to declare the Enterprise and the area around it a national monument. This would protect the ship and the surrounding area for future generations and would give the project the national recognition it deserves.

Funding: 

We would also like to request your assistance in securing funding for the project. We believe that Enterprise is a worthy investment in the future of our country and our planet.

Direct NASA to build the ship:

We would like you to direct NASA to design and or build the replica of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701.

We are confident that we can build a full-size replica of the Enterprise with your help. We have a team of experienced and dedicated volunteers who are passionate about this project. 

We are also committed to working with the government to ensure that the replica is built to the highest standards.

We believe that a full-size replica of the Enterprise would be a valuable asset to our country. It would be a source of inspiration for generations to come and would help to promote space exploration and environmental protection.

The Enterprise is one of the most iconic and beloved spaceships in science fiction history. It has inspired generations of people to dream about the possibilities of space exploration. We believe that a full-size replica of the Enterprise would be a fitting tribute to Gene Roddenberry's vision of the future and to the many people who have worked to make space exploration a reality.

The replica would be a land-based monument to space, the future, and to Gene Roddenberry. It would also honor the memory of Matt Jefferies, the designer of the original ship. The ship would be equipped with turbolifts (elevator systems) and the ability to seal itself off from the outside environment, producing its own oxygen and turning waste into water.

We believe that this project would have a number of benefits. It would:

1. Inspire people to learn about space exploration and science

2. Promote the importance of sustainability and environmental protection.

3. Provide a unique and educational experience for visitors.

4. Generate revenue that could be used to support space exploration and education programs.

We are requesting NASA's assistance in the following areas:

Technical expertise: We would need NASA's help to ensure that the replica is accurate and realistic.

Access to resources: NASA has access to a wide range of resources that could be helpful in building the replica, such as materials, equipment, and expertise.

Public support: NASA's endorsement of the project would help to raise public awareness and support for it.

Funding for the project can be offset by ticket sales and office and quarters lease agreements.
